Thank you for using our software for your event!  

• CC Reader Rentals are for one week and must be made a MINIMUM of 7 business days prior to your event.
• CC Readers come PRE PROGRAMMED and work with all gateways EXCEPT Vanco and Element/Vantiv, which utilize their own encrypted cc readers.  If you process credit cards with Vanco or Element/Vantiv, do not order card readers here - instead, contact your gateway directly to request encrypted card readers.

• CC Readers come PRE-PROGRAMMED and need only to be plugged into a standard-size USB-A port to be ready to use.

• CC Readers will work with any computer OS (Operating System) and any browser but require a USB-A port.

• Newer devices with USB-C ports must utilize an adaptor (not provided).  They will NOT work with tablets, iPads, or phones because those devices do not have a USB port.  

• Newer High-Speed devices with USB4 (USB-C4) ports may not be compatible with our CC Readers. There is no visual difference between these ports and a USB-C port. We recommend testing your CC Readers before your live event date.

• We recommend one station for every 70 or so guests.
